March, 2017: Firm partners Alex Diaz and Joseph Lowe prevailed in a one-week jury trial in Miami-Dade Circuit Court. The Firm represented a point-of-sale software company that was alleged to have breached its contract with a national retailer of women’s swimwear. Plaintiff sought in excess of $1 million in damages. The jury rendered a defense verdict.
