KGPL Announces the Retirement of Joseph Lowe

May 15, 2019: After 40 years of practice, Joseph Lowe has retired from the regular practice of law.  Whether or not his wife Beva will tolerate his newfound status for more than a month or two remains to be seen!

Born in New York in 1945, Joe was admitted to the Bar in Florida in 1979.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami, and was a member of the Miami Law Review.

For many years, Joe practiced with the firm of Marlow Connell.  However, in 1996 Joe joined what was then Stephens Lynn, and remained when the Firm restructured as Klein Glasser Park & Lowe, P.L. becoming a named shareholder.

Joe spent many years defending professionals, and pursuing literally hundreds—if not thousands—of coverage cases.  He became one of the truly great coverage lawyers in Florida.  At this point, however, he has determined that his life-long hobbies of traveling and finding some of the world’s best restaurants will become a full-time occupation.

We will miss Joe terribly, but certainly expect that he will be stopping in for lunch on a regular basis.  Mr. Lowe will be remaining as “of counsel” to the Firm and can still be contacted through KGPL.

We wish him well!
